TheLightConsult treats seeker-advisor communications as confidential. We are committed to protecting the privacy of session conversations, booking context, and prayer-related details.

2. Who Can Access Session Data

• The seeker and assigned advisor for that session can read end-to-end encrypted message content.
• Platform systems process encrypted payloads and limited operational metadata.
• Session message content is not available to platform support users.

3. What We Do Not Do

• We do not publicly expose private session conversations.
• We do not sell your private session content to third parties.
• We do not permit advisors to share seeker content outside platform policy and applicable law.

4. Safety and Legal Exceptions

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required by law, court order, fraud investigation, safety concerns, or protection of users and platform integrity.
